About the project

We present our apartments and villas in our project "Cordelia", which will be built in the Esentepe area, east of Kyrenia.

Construction of the project is scheduled to begin in May 2024.

Estimated completion date is December 2026.

Because we strive to make the purchasing process as convenient as possible, we are pleased to offer a flexible payment plan.

Payment plan:

£2000 deposit.

An initial payment of 35% is made within a month and instalments for up to three years are provided for the remaining amount. 

In addition, we provide the flexibility to choose between monthly payments or payments at intervals of 2-3 months.
